A bittersweet day

Today we had a party planned, to celebrate the completion of a 7 year project. Lots of friends gathering to congratulate us, and to talk about our plans to change our lives and go off to travel the world... Laughing and joking, while underneath not knowing if things would actually go that way at all. It was a good party though, and it was good to spend some time thinking about other things than the "C" word.
