One of those letters

Remember the best letters ever... the ones that you treasure, holding it close to the heart, kissing the signature, knowing the thoughts that went into the composition and blindly worshipping the hand that wrote it. Or the fingers that typed it... Or the voice that dictated it...
Whatever.
However it was created I am going to treasure this one - frame it and hang it on the wall so I can see it every day...
I know that there's nothing in there that I didn't already know... but it's so good to see it written down. "The cancer has been completely removed and the glands are clear" - the words I longed to hear...

I am just off to sit in a corner and blub for a few minutes, whilst hugging the letter...
