All much brighter today, in terms of conservatory creation. A small amount of angst when the cement mixer died... It took the fuse in the spur to the garage out, but by the time we'd decided that it was the mixer not the extension lead we'd blown a few more fuses, which meant me scuttling off to buy more to fix all the casualties.
Eventually someone turned up with another cement mixer, and all was well... They finished the job, built a nice step and instructed me to not walk on it all for at least two days...
In other, less happy news, a very dear friend is very very ill...
